The objective of this editorial design was to establish an identity for a magazine and carry the voice through the articles and visual aesthetics. This magazine is targeted toward creative individuals of multiple disciplines.
The Challenge
Cultivate is a print publication featuring inspiring conversations with today’s artists, makers and risk takers appealing to creative individuals aged 20-35. Focusing on beginnings, creativity and risk. The main challenge was to create a unified story from individuals of varying art disciplines.
The Solution
Developing a brand that embodies culture and appeals to creatives from any art discipline. Typography, photography, and colour were used to appeal to the target audience. Layouts and articles were used to communicate a story that appeals to the target audience.
